Formalise your support and have your say in how the project takes shape.
There are three levels of membership for individuals

Supporter of the Kenya Jacaranda
If you wish to register your support for the project, or if want to be kept up to date with news, please fill in a form and return it either by email or mail to KJHS, 17 Suffolk Road, Dartford, Kent. DA1 1EJJ

Communications will normally be carried out by email but if you prefer to receive posted copies of project information and updates, please contact Julia.

Friend of the Kenya Jacaranda

This is for people who wish to be involved more closely with the project on an ad hoc basis but who are unable to commit to being crew.   Benefits of membership include

Being kept up to date with project developments as they happen
Invitations to social events and onboard activities


KJ Crew - Full Membership
This is for people who wish to be active within the project and can commit to spending a few hours a month furthering the cause.  This can include everything from working parties aboard KJ or shore-based admin and development.  The benefits of being crew include

The right to attend meetings and vote
Being kept up to date with project developments as they happen
Invitations to social events and onboard activities
Inclusion in the 'points for work' scheme
Access to structured volunteering opportunities and formal qualifications

Access to skill swap and crew swap arrangements with other historic vessels

Individual Members

Annual individual membership fees are £35 per year.

Family Membership

Annual membership fees are £100 per year and relate to nearest family only.

 Group Membership

Annual Group Membership fees are £250 a year for 12 people.
